Young Entrepreneurs Summit (YES 2026) is organised by JAI Foundation and supported operationally by its authorised partner, Chanakya X LLP. The Organiser may collect personal and business information including, but not limited to, full name, company name, designation, contact number, email address, billing address, GST details (where applicable), business category, professional profile, and any additional information voluntarily provided during registration or correspondence. The information collected is used for legitimate business and operational purposes, including event registration confirmation, stall allocation, invoicing and payment reconciliation, access control and security verification, issuance of passes, event-related communication, coordination of business meetings, networking facilitation, promotional updates, ecosystem engagement, and post-event follow-up. The Organiser reserves the right to use participant data for structured business matchmaking initiatives aligned with the objectives of YES 2026.
By participating in YES 2026, participants expressly consent to the sharing of their submitted business contact information, including name, company details, phone number, email address, and professional profile, with official sponsors, pavilion partners, knowledge partners, ecosystem collaborators, and authorised stakeholders associated with the event. Such sharing is undertaken strictly for legitimate business engagement, partnership opportunities, networking facilitation, and promotional follow-up consistent with the professional objectives of the summit. The Organiser does not sell or commercially trade personal data to unrelated third parties.
Participants may receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, or other official channels regarding event updates, sponsor engagement opportunities, partnership initiatives, and future programs organised by JAI Foundation or its authorised affiliates. Participants may request to opt out of promotional communications at any time by formally notifying the Organiser.
The Organiser implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect collected data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. While commercially reasonable efforts are undertaken to ensure data security, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and participants acknowledge this inherent limitation.
