1. Event Overview
1.1 Young Entrepreneurs Summit (YES 2026) is scheduled to be held at HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, on 10th, 11th, and 12th April 2026.
1.2 By booking a stall, sponsorship, delegate pass, visitor pass, or by participating in any form, the participant agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment
2.1 Stall bookings and sponsorships are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from the Organiser or its authorised partner, Chanakya X LLP.
2.2 All payments once made are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including cancellation, withdrawal, no-show, or failure to utilise the allotted space.
2.3 GST and applicable statutory taxes shall be borne by the participant as per prevailing laws.
2.4 Payments must be made only to officially communicated bank accounts of Joy of Aspirations and Innovation Foundation or Chanakya X LLP. The Organiser is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised third parties.

3. Stall Allocation & Modification
3.1 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to allocate, reallocate, resize, upgrade, downgrade, or relocate stall space and modify pavilion layouts or floor plans for operational, safety, branding, or logistical reasons.
3.2 All decisions regarding stall placement and layout shall be final and binding.
3.3 Sub-leasing, transferring, sharing, or unofficially assigning stall space without written approval is strictly prohibited.

4. Stall Handover & Setup Schedule
4.1 The official stall setup date is 9th April 2026.
4.2 Bare space stalls shall be handed over at 9:00 a.m. on 9th April 2026.
4.3 Fabricated stalls shall be handed over by 9:00 p.m. on 9th April 2026.
4.4 Exhibitors are responsible for completing installation, branding, electrical fittings, and setup overnight so that stalls are fully operational before 9:30 a.m. on 10th April 2026.
4.5 Exhibition timings shall be 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on 10th, 11th, and 12th April 2026.
4.6 Exhibitors must secure their materials daily after closing hours. The Organiser shall not be liable for unattended items, theft, or damage.

5. Nature of Exhibition & Sales Restriction
5.1 YES 2026 is a business networking and promotional exhibition.
5.2 Direct retail sales, on-spot billing, or commercial transaction counters inside the exhibition hall are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing by the Organiser and venue authority.
5.3 The Organiser does not guarantee visitor footfall, business leads, sales conversions, revenue generation, or commercial success to any exhibitor or sponsor.

6. Safety, Fire & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Exhibitors must strictly comply with all HITEX Exhibition Centre rules, fire safety norms, electrical load limits, and operational regulations.
6.2 The use of LPG cylinders, gas stoves, fuel-based generators, open flames, or any flammable cooking process is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Live cooking inside the exhibition hall is not permitted.
6.4 Food sampling is permitted only if it complies with venue regulations and food safety standards and does not involve cooking, open flames, or hazardous processes.
6.5 Machinery demonstrations are allowed only in accordance with HITEX rules and subject to prior approval, if required.
6.6 Any unsafe activity may result in immediate removal of the exhibitor without refund.

7. VIP Protocol & Security Compliance
7.1 The event may host visits by Chief Ministers, Ministers, national leaders, dignitaries, or other high-profile guests.
7.2 During VIP visits, exhibitors must strictly comply with security protocols, temporary access restrictions, and operational instructions issued by authorities.
7.3 The Organiser shall not be liable for temporary access restrictions during VIP movements.

8. Damage to Venue Property
8.1 Any damage caused to venue infrastructure, stall structures, electrical systems, or event property by an exhibitor, their staff, vendors, or contractors shall be fully recoverable from the concerned exhibitor.
8.2 The Organiser reserves the right to levy penalties or deduct applicable charges for damages.

9. Compliance & Legal Responsibility
9.1 Exhibitors are solely responsible for ensuring that their products, services, promotional materials, intellectual property, and representations comply with applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements.
9.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for disputes between exhibitors and customers, partners, or third parties.
9.3 Exhibitors shall not engage in political campaigning, communal messaging, unlawful activities, defamatory content, or actions harmful to the reputation of the event.
9.4 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel participation of any exhibitor violating these terms without refund.

10. Liability Limitation
10.1 The Organiser, Joy of Aspirations and Innovation Foundation, and Chanakya X LLP shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, financial loss, business interruption, reputational damage, or indirect or consequential damages.
10.2 The maximum liability of the Organiser, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant.
10.3 Exhibitors are advised to obtain independent insurance coverage for their materials and personnel.

11. Force Majeure & Rescheduling
11.1 In the event of cancellation or postponement due to government restrictions, law and order situations, public health emergencies, natural disasters, venue unavailability, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, the event shall be rescheduled within six to twelve months.
11.2 All confirmed bookings and sponsorships shall be carried forward to the rescheduled dates.
11.3 Refunds shall not be applicable in such cases.

12. Media & Intellectual Property
12.1 The Organiser may capture photographs, video recordings, interviews, and digital content during the event for promotional, archival, and media purposes.
12.2 Participants grant unconditional rights to use such content without additional compensation.
12.3 The name β€œYES – Young Entrepreneurs Summit” and related branding elements are the intellectual property of Joy of Aspirations and Innovation Foundation and shall not be used without written approval.

13. Data Protection & Consent
13.1 By registering for YES 2026, participants expressly consent to the collection and processing of their personal and business information.
13.2 Participants agree that their submitted data, including name, company details, phone number, email address, and business profile, may be shared with official sponsors, partners, and ecosystem collaborators of YES 2026 for legitimate business engagement, networking, and promotional follow-up.
13.3 Such consent forms an integral part of event registration.

14. Jurisdiction
14.1 All disputes arising out of participation in YES 2026 shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

15. Acceptance
15.1 By confirming participation, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
15.2 These Terms & Conditions are binding and enforceable upon booking confirmation.
